Our white water rafting activity is a great introduction to the sport, you will be guided down up to 10 km of grade 3 white water, where you will experience the thrill of surfing waves and running rapids

Duckies

A Duckie is what we call our two man rafts, the perfect training craft for learning to take control of your own raft for the first time. You will be coached in the skills you will need to manoeuvre your Duckie, and follow your guide down one of our amazing white water rivers here in south Wales, a truly awesome experience is guaranteed.

Extreme Adventure

Experience the thrill of wild white water rafting in an amazing natural environment. This is British white water rafting at its best, high adrenaline action packed fun.
You will cover 7 km of grade 3-4 white water rapids running drops, slides, holes, surfing waves and tackling what ever the river throws at you, its not called extreme for nothing.
