We can work with anyone providing they are fit and healthy enough, injury free and there are no medical conditions that could cause a potential problem e.g. severe heart conditions, an assumption of risk disclaimer form will need to be completed by each participant before taking part in an activity. We cater for all shapes and sizes from small to XXL. As you will be the point of contact for the booking I would ask you to ensure all group members taking part are aware of the fact that the activity is physical and at times tiring.

If we are providing a packed lunch which is offered as part of a full days activity we will need to know any dietary requirements e.g. if there are any vegetarians, lunches are also available by request for half day sessions at an additional cost of £3.50

We can provide addi t ional DVD’s and Photo CD packages of our customer’s experience, advanced bookings for DVD’S and photos would be helpful but not vital.

With regard to extreme weather conditions affecting our activities, we will always offer an alternative activity. We will operate no matter the conditions providing its safe and the customer is happy to.

Liquidfriction Adventure guarantees delivery of the safest and most exciting activities available in South Wales. We have a minimum of 4 weeks cancelation policy and payment in full is need a minimum of 14 days before the activity date, we do not offer refunds. We are aware that all businesses operate differently and we are happy to negotiate terms that both our customers and us are happy to work to.
