Using our activities as a tool to promote the development of specific skills be it a high impact challenge such as canyoning or a team building orientated task such as the rope rescue challenge, we will develop your teams performance enabling them to transfer these skills back to the work place.

As well as all of the adventure activities we provide we also use activites such as the following as part of a development program.

The Rocket challenge

Your team will be set a series of challenges throughout the day, these could be as straight forward as getting every member of the team to jump the big one on the canyon or a more team orientated task, by achieving these goals the group will receive parts of a water propelled rocket which on completion of all of the challenges they will have to launch, failure to achieve each challenge will make the end task that much harder.

The Rafting team challenge

Your team will be set a number of challenges in order for them to win all of the parts needed to build a barrel raft, they will need to build their raft and paddle it round a designated course, this is easier said than done as the less equipment they gain from completing the tasks the harder it gets to complete the challenge, this activity is great fun and promotes all of the communication leadership and problem solving skills to enhance your teams over all performance.

The Rope rescue challenge

This is by far our most challenging and advanced corporate team building test for any team to undertake, even for highly motivated and efficient teams it will push them to their limits. Your goal will be rescue your casualty from an inhospitable location, using highly advanced rope rescue techniques. Prior to the scenario beginning, you will be trained by one of our technical experts in the basics including, rigging, communication strategies and the use of the technical equipment, giving you the knowledge to safely complete this task, then its over to you.
