We aim to provide our customers with the next level of adventure, the only limitations during our activities are what you tell yourself you can’t do. Our expert instruction and amazing activity locations here in south Wales will blow your mind, why not come and see it for yourself.

Liquidfriction Adventure Centre
Besides offering all of our activities, Liquidfriction Adventure can now provide on site activities and accommodation. We are now based at the L and A outdoor centre and have the capacity to sleep up to 250 people on site in our 8 birth log cabins, dorm rooms and campsite.
Combined with all of our other on site facilities and excellent transport links our new centre is a perfect location for stag/hen weekends, courses and corporate events.
We do not provide transport to and from our activities unless it is booked with us please contact us if you wish to book any transport.
We also offer discounted activities for all youth groups and schools who book activities with us please contact our office for more information
We are currently offering the option of either a photo CD or DVD package for only £25.00 per CD per group, available with all of our activities.
